This program helps offset insurance deductibles and out-of-pocket costs for members seeking licensed mental health care, removing financial barriers to early treatment.

The Spouse Academy is a hands-on program that supports firefighter family mental health by providing spouses with insight, resources, and connection to strengthen resilience at home.

The program is an immersive orientation that gives clinicians firsthand experience with first responder duties so they can better understand, support, and protect the mental health of those who serve.

Peer Support Training & Certification equips firefighters with the skills and tools to recognize stress, provide confidential peer-to-peer support, and connect fellow responders to mental health resources when needed.

Critical Incident Stress Management provides structured support and guided debriefings after traumatic events to help firefighters process stress, reduce long-term impact, and strengthen emotional resilience.

Resilience & Wellness Training provides proactive tools and education to help firefighters manage stress, prevent burnout, improve sleep, and strengthen overall mental and emotional well-being throughout their careers.
